Kamyar Houbakht
Kamyar is from Iran, and based in Turkey for about a decade. Art of Hosting Istanbul 2009 was an essential piece of a turning point in his life. Over years he has developed an interest in the meeting point of the modern science of leadership with ancient traditional wisdom, specifically sufism.
Major patterns that he works with are unlearning mechanical thinking patterns, systems thinking, decolonization, root-system-discovery, and bridging the known with the unknown.
He holds a bachelors degree in computer science, a masters degree in quality management. In his daily craftsmanship, he brings it all into a multi-disciplinary practice of website development that aims to help people and organizations to express the essence of their work.
