Mira Bangel

Mira is convinced that collaboration and effective participatory processes can help us cope with the world’s most pressing challenges. She supports organisations and groups that feel ‘stuck’ and face challenges.

Mira currently works at the Centre for Organizational Transformation at the European Commission as consultant for knowledge management strategies, collective intelligence, evidence informed decision making, process consultancy, communities of practice and organisational change.

She also cofounded SenseTribe, a women-led consultancy that supports international organisations to enhance collaboration, organisational flows, participatory events and processes to revive their social fabric.

Mira is German with Persian roots, based in Spain. She holds degrees in Communication Management and Environmental decision making, she is in the process of becoming a CNVC certified trainer of non violent communication and she is fluent in English, German, Spanish, Dutch, French and Portuguese.
